Women's Day, Women's Day, let everybody know that today, the feast of girls:)

And these large, and these little ones and those in highly advanced century ....

For me, evocative of childhood, when they celebrated the "center" an adult ladies handing goods such as chocolates, tights, cloves, coffee ... the boys in the class did for her friends rave to celebrate "March 8" :) So far, they are probably even some of the memorabilia from my mom ...

Today we are celebrating it as "solemn." Rzekłabym that it is very intimate. A pity, because this beautiful feast, with a really long tradition. celebrated for the first time in 1911, to commemorate the battle 15,000 textile factory workers, with voting rights and better working conditions. The factory owner, trying to avoid publicity, closed the demonstrators, but unfortunately the outbreak of fire caused the death of 129 of them.

Women's Day in Poland ceased to be centrally celebrated since 1993

present - to celebrate this day - are held by the feminist movements organized demonstrations in favor of equal treatment for men and feminine.
