Ha. That is no longer any excuse will not. Poles are - now only to mobilize the energy and join walking by group:)
went on to coach backpack Evunia, especially since the departure remained less than two months (!) and price promotion, we were able to acquire the symbolic poles just a game.:) It's up to us in total went, especially that their regular price will cost around 70 zł. Poles have adjustable length, Proof system (whatever that means) and an additional rubber pads for walking on hard surfaces.
I know of three people who walk longer so for some time and have never heard of were dissatisfied with this. A bit of physical activity - in total - not too damaging:)
