Onion Bread

bread recipe taken from the friend, a nice Edytki whose rules are so far for me, "flawlessly." Simple, delicious, impressive. I do not need to carry them out to be a master of culinary, equipped with a whole bunch of flashy equipment and "secret" difficult to buy products. All you need is a willingness and pretty basic products, which generally are always in the house.

Onion Bread is a first for me, which is baked without the use of ready mix for baking bread, creating a mixture of wheat flour and rye (and a few other other ingredients). The latter actually had to buy today, because as a rule, it is probably not mitzvah;)?

For its implementation we need:
  1. cup warm water
  2. pack instant yeast (7g)
  3. 0.5 kg of wheat flour type 650
  4. 4 tablespoons wheat flour 2 tablespoons
  5. oil 1 large onion
  6. 1 tablespoon salt (I added a half)
onion cut into small cubes and fry, "gold" in 2 tablespoons oil.

Yeast Mix flours, add salt, water and fried onions przestudzoną. We made carefully - preferably a mixer, until the touch is easy to "swerve" on the spot.

Let stand covering with a clean cloth to rise.

When doubled in volume, insert a pre-heated to 200 C oven and bake about 50 minutes, keeping in mind to 10 minutes before the end of the shell of bread spread with water, so you get a nice brown crust.

bread is a wonderfully soft, with good onion flavor and aroma takimże too. I recommend to all - even those who have your adventure of baking bread just want to start, because for sure, it's really a good start:)
